Tuna With Soy and Ginger

Tuna With Soy and Ginger

This Tuna With Soy and Ginger recipe with a Japanese twist is quick and easy to make and best of all, has all the goodness of fish.

Ingredients:

4 Tuna Steaks (halved)
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
3 tbsp Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce
1 tsp fresh ginger (finely chopped)

Method:

1) Combine all ingredients except tuna, and mix well.

2) Place tuna in a flat non-metallic dish and pour over soy sauce mixture. Marinate for 10 minutes.

3) Remove tuna and pat dry with paper towel to prevent burning.

4) Heat a non-stick frypan on medium heat and sear tuna for one minute. Turn, brush with soy mixture and cook for another minute. Serve with a green salad or with stir-fried Asian greens.
