Tapenade twists

Life a bit too straight? Why not twist it up with some deliciously crispy tapenade twists! All the goodness of pastry with olive tapenade to give it a savoury kick! They’re great as a nibbly before the main meal! And conveniently you can make them really simply and easily at the last minute! I ate mine with a cheese fondue and it was great! Dipping these little twists in lots and lots of melted cheese is very fun and delicious! Too bad you can’t do it too often, otherwise it can be rather unkind on the waistline. Also don't get scared of the olive tapenade. I will freely agree that it can look rather *suspicious*, but never fear, it is delicious!
Tapenade twists
Ingredients: 2 sheets of ready-rolled puff pastry, olive tapenade
Steps: Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Cut ready-rolled puff pastry into 2cm wide strips. Spread one side wit the tapenade and twist the pastry. Place onto baking trays lined with baking paper and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
