Sesame Puff Duo

For those of you that love the nutty taste of sesame, you will enjoy this Sesame Puff Duo recipe. In this recipe you will find a generous amount of sesame powder that goes very well with the grounded almond while the crispy oven baked outer layer reveals a soft smooth texture on the inside.
Perfect as an entree, this recipe takes only 15 minutes to bake! Too easy!
Ingredients:
75g White Flour
50g Butter
125ml Water
2 nos Eggs
Pinch of Salt
2 tbsp Sesame Powder
2 tbsp Hot Water
30g Ground Almond
Method:
1) Sieve flour on a plate; beat eggs.
2) Add water, butter and salt to a saucepan and bring to the boil. Add sieved flour to the mix while constantly stirring and remove saucepan from heat.
3) Find a wooden spoon to stir the mixture till dough becomes smooth and soft.
4) When the dough is cooled down, stir the egg mixture in slowly.
5) Combine sesame powder with hot water and mix well. Divide dough into two equal portions; add sesame mix to one of them.
6) Grease baking tray and slit dough into smaller equal portions and put them on the baking tray. Sprinkle ground almond on top. Bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees celsius. Serve hot.
