Champagne Punch
Bubbly Champagne Punch! The fruit juices help to make this punch sweeter, while the raspberries give it some festive red colour!
It’s a good idea to ensure that all the liquids are well chilled before you mix them all together. That way you do not have to add ice-cubes! However, if life without ice-cubes seems unfathomable to you, why not pre-prepare flavoured ice-cubes containing shredded citrus rind, passionfruit pulp or strawberry halves!
Champagne Punch
Ingredients: 500mL concentrated orange juice chilled, 250mL pineapple juice chilled, 750mL soda water, 750mL bottle Champagne chilled, ½ punnet of raspberries
Steps: Combine the orange and pineapple juice in a large punch bowl. Add the soda water and stir gently. Pour the champagne into the bowl. Crush the raspberries/cut roughly and add to the punch. Transfer to a serving jug, if preferred, or ladle into chilled glasses. Serve immediately.
