Beef Mexican Wrap

Sirloin Steak Mexican Wrap

This Mexican wrap with a succulent sirloin steak has a Japanese twist that is the highlight of this recipe.

Ingredients:

Sirloin Steak (1 piece)
1 Tomato
1/2 Avocado
4 Lettuce leaves
1/4 Capsicum
1 tsp Olive Oil
2 whole Tortilla Wraps

Sauce:

2 tbsp White Miso paste
2 tbsp Kikkoman sauce
30 ml Sake
1 1/2 tbsp Sugar
1 Egg
Salt
Grounded Black Pepper

Method:

1) Marinate the sirloin steak with grounded black pepper and salt for 5 minutes.

2) Slice the tomato, julienne the capsicum and avocado.

3) Pan-fry the sirloin steak until medium rare and allow it to cool before slicing.

4) Arrange steak, lettuce, capsicum, avocado and tomato onto the piece of tortilla wrap and pour desired amount of sauce over.
