Cocktail d'Huitres (oysters)

Oysters are rich in protein and zinc, low in fat and calories, low in cholesterol and are chockful of vitamins. Their unique taste is delicious and oyster lovers will enjoy the following recipe.
Ingredients:
12 Oysters
1 cup Apple juice
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 Green apple, peeled, cored and cubed
What you will also need:
4 Martini glasses or just plates
Method:
1) Open and drain the oysters, reserving their liquid for another use. Put 3 oysters in each of 4 martini glasses.
2) Put the apple juice, lemon juice and a few cubes of the Granny Smith apple in a bowl. Mix well and distribute over the oysters. Serve immediately.
